Deposit and Cancellation |

Deposit required upon making reservation is ½ of the total rental charge. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival date. A charge of $40.00 plus tax will be applied against all confirmed reservations that are cancelled. Refunds for remainder of deposit will be made if written notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds on early check-outs. A refundable security deposit payable by cash or check only is required at the time of check-in for each rental unit. |
